You can become a regular swimmer, a once a week ocean swimmer or a seasonal swimmer. It’s easy to start and you can start straight away.

WHAT SESSION SHOULD YOU CHOOSE FOR YOUR 1st SESSION?
It is recommended that if you are new or inexperienced ocean swimmer that you make your first swim the Saturday KickStarter ocean swim at Bondi or Monday morning PAP pool session so the Coach can identify your swimming capability and advise you of the best sessions for you to attend. If you are a regular swimmer and have experience swimming in the ocean then you are welcome to start at any of the swim session on our training timetable. Have a look at our timetable to see the available swim sessions.
