Pool Swims
Pool training sessions are an important part of ocean swimming as they allow swimmers to concentrate on technique and to improve swim fitness.
4SEAsons Swim conducts pool swim training at Prince Alfred Park Pool (NSW). Check Timetable for up to date session times and location. Each session runs for 60 minutes and swimmers will complete between 1.5km to 3km in this time. The session will vary according to the season; in winter it is important to review technique and improve efficiency in the water, in spring it is essential to build fitness to be ready for the endurance event coming up, in summer the pool is used to complement ocean swimming and recover from challenging Sunday races.
