At 4SEAsons Swim we try to keep thing simple and fair for everyone.
When you buy a swim pass it has a defined number of sessions and an Expiry Date. When you purchase a swim pass you become responsible for remembering the details of the pass. You can always look at your MINDBODY account to see the details.
Swim passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Every swimmer and every session is personally responsible to abide by the 4SEAsons Swim Code of Safety.
Ocean swimming is a risky activity and all swimmers swim at their own risk.
4SEAsons Swim reserves the right to change or cancel any planned swim session at short notice and without prior notification.
