All swimmers must currently be able to  Swim 3k non-stop at no slower than 18 minutes per 1km.

Supported by 1 Coach 
On Saturday this wave group will swim 2-3km , duration 60 minutes.
All swimmers must currently be able to swim 1.5k non-stop no slower than 24 minutes per 1km.   Slower swimmers are advised to wear flippers

Supported by 1 Coach or 2 Coaches dependent on group size
On Saturday this wave group will swim between 1.8 and 2.4km, duration 60 minutes.
All swimmers must currently be able to swim 400m non-stop freestyle.

Supported by 1 Coach
On Saturday this wave group will swim a series of shorter swims of 300-400m and work on open water skills. Duration 40 minutes

4SEAsons Swim’s range of training opportunities each week will help you develop swim technique, ocean skill and fitness all needed to get the best from your ocean swimming. Seasonal swim sessions include pool endurance, pool technique, ocean and open water.
