Weekly Group swim sessions
Details for Pop-Up and Adventure Swims on Sunday and public holidays can be found on the full monthly timetable – all session times are subject to change.
Weekly SUMMER November – March for swim groups
All swimmers must currently be able to Swim 3k non-stop at no slower than 18 minutes per 1km.
In water support by Coach and board paddler (when available).
On Saturday this wave group will swim 2-3km , duration 60 minutes.
All swimmers must currently be able to swim 1.5k non-stop no slower than 24 minutes per 1km. Slower swimmers are advised to wear flippers
In water support by Coach and board paddler or support swimmers.
On Saturday this wave group will swim between 1.8 and 2.4km, duration 60 minutes.
All swimmers must currently be able to swim 400m non-stop freestyle.
In water support by Coach, support swimmers and board paddler (when available).
On Saturday this wave group will swim a series of shorter swims of 300-400m and work on open water skills. Duration 45 minutes

4SEAsons Swim’s range of training opportunities each week will help you develop swim technique, ocean skill and fitness all needed to get the best from your ocean swimming. Seasonal swim sessions include pool endurance, pool technique, ocean and open water.
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session
